How much sugar and fat does nutella contain?

Spreading jam (15g) and standard butter (10g) on a piece of toast would mean eating 9.2g fat, of which 5.4g is saturated, and 11.3g are sugar. Whereas a 15g serving of nutella (theres no need for butter or margarine), contains 5.5g of fat, of which 1.7g is saturated, and 9.1g are sugar.

Yes, nutella contains 13 per cent hazelnuts, compared to just 7 per cent cocoa.

Is nutella suitable for vegetarians ?

nutella is absolutely suitable for vegetarians as the whey powder used to produce all our products is not derived from processes that use rennet, of animal origin.
